I thought that I would share my diet with everyone,
so I will be letting you know daily of what I am eating.
I eat two lunches, one early one late. (I find that eating mostly veggies can leave you rather hungrier than expected.)
Breakfast: 2 Wild Rice Cakes with Pumpkin seeds. (We do most of our shopping at Whole Foods, so we find great gluten and wheat free products.)
(Early)Lunch: Bowl of Raw Pea green soup.
(Later) Lunch: Bowl of brown rice with fresh chopped parsley, drizzle of olive oil, and salt.
